We are working with a Healthcare provider based in Kildare, who due to continuous growth and expansion, have created a new role for an experienced HR Director to lead their HR function - driving recruitment, employee development, and organizational performance. This role involves aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Reporting into the COO, this person will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home
Key responsibilities:
* Create and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, growth, and talent development.
* Lead and mentor the HR team, working closely with senior leadership to drive key initiatives.
* Manage recruitment efforts to attract top talent and fulfill staffing requirements.
* Design and implement training programs to foster growth, skill development, and career progression at all levels.
* Lead leadership development initiatives to improve managerial skills and boost employee engagement.
* Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs to meet workforce needs.
* Collaborate with leadership to enhance retention through engagement and retention strategies.
* Develop and manage performance systems to track progress, provide feedback, and support career growth.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and maintain organizational compliance.
* Oversee HR audits, investigations, and reporting related to employment practices.
* Manage the HR department budget, effectively allocating resources for recruitment, training, and development.
* Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values and mission.
Requirements:
* Experienced HR Director with 5 years experience at a similar level
* Experience within a Healthcare setting is essential
* Strong analytical skills
* Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
* Strong people management experience who enjoys managing a large team
