Job Title: Shipping Administrator
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong experience from the shipping, freight or logistics sector to join our team in West Co. Limerick.

The Job:
As a key part of the shipping operations team, you will be responsible for administration and operations coordination duties, including acting as point of contact for customers and external partners, coordinating vessel movements, stock and inventory management, and maintaining accurate import and export documentation.
Responsibilities:
* Act as point of contact for customers and external partners/contractors
* Coordinate the movements of vessels to and from port
* Maintain accurate import and export documentation
* Plan for incoming traffic
* Resolve queries
Requirements:
* 3rd level qualified ideally
* 2-3+ years' experience ideally gained in a relevant shipping, freight, logistics, or similar role
* Full and clean driving license and own transport essential
* Proven ability to multi-task and work with diverse teams
* Strong IT skills
