We are seeking a Research & Partnerships Manager to join our team, building key client relationships, driving revenue and bringing deep research expertise to our vision of delivering the human-led AI platform for market research.
This role is based in our Dublin office and will serve our relationships in Europe.
A minimum of 8 years’ market research experience (either in a research agency or delivering research programs within a consumer-facing brand) is a requirement for this position. A research case study will form part of the interview process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Opportunity Creation & Revenue: Leading opportunity creation and revenue growth for the company alongside the commercial team. This role plays a part in our key account strategy, targeting large consumer brands with our value proposition in a consultative, relationship-based commercial approach.
2. Key Account Management & Growth: Leading account acquisition, conversion and growth through strategic research consultancy and commercial execution with our key client partnerships. This requires a combination of commercial and research expertise, with a lot of relationship building with key clients.
3. Commercial, Product & Research Strategy: This role will have deep involvement in a wide range of strategic discussions covering commercial, product and research solutions for our clients. They will be working with different teams to fulfil their responsibility of solving client challenges, delivering revenue for the business and offering the best solution for the market.

This is a full-time position based at our Bounce HQ in Dublin. We operate a hybrid working week - 3 days office, 2 days remote/optional.
