About the role Are you ready to grow?
In this role, youll contribute to the success of restructuring projects and assist in shaping the future of businesses in distress.
You will play a key role in delivering high-impact restructuring services and supporting clients through complex financial situations.
Assisting in managing and delivering diverse corporate recovery projects that challenge you to think critically and creatively.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, assisting senior team members and supporting their efforts to become trusted advisors.
Supporting senior managers and directors with the oversight of portfolios, and acting as the main point of contact for clients and third parties.
Participating in project teams, ensuring smooth workflows, and contributing to the delivery of excellent service on time.
Gaining valuable experience in practice management and client relationships while aligning with Crowes high standards.
Conducting financial analysis and collaborating with managers and partners to prepare insightful reports.
Assisting in resolving disputes and addressing creditor queries.
Supporting senior leaders in providing advice to a wide range of stakeholders, including corporate clients, creditors, banks, and insolvency practitioners.
Developing your expertise in Corporate Finance, Restructuring, and Insolvency projects under the guidance of experienced leaders.
About you Youre not just a team player you are a professional with a passion for corporate recovery and restructuring.
You excel in managing multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on quality and deadlines.
Your communication and collaboration skills allow you to thrive in a team environment, and you are keen to take on increased responsibility as you grow within the firm.
Heres what you bring: Essential Knowledge & Skills: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
Proven experience in professional services.
Preferred in Corporate Restructuring, but external audit is also acceptable.
Strong time management and organizational skillsable to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Collaborative mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to project management.
Commercially aware, with a growing understanding of opportunities within restructuring and insolvency services.
Full right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
Other competencies: Business Development: Assist in identifying new opportunities and build relationships that contribute to the growth of the Corporate Recovery service line.
