What are we looking for?
We are looking for a self-motivated Service Coordinator, to perform detail-oriented administrative functions while providing an excellent customer experience.
What will you be doing?
* Answering and directing all incoming calls.
* Billing and invoicing customers.
* Multitasking schedules and dispatching to Service Technicians to meet customer schedules while managing ever-changing priorities and appointment requests.
* Working with Service Technicians to schedule follow-up appointments when needed.
* Coordinating and scheduling inspections with customers.
* Utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Applying knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
* Adjusting actions in relation to customer and vendor needs.
* Demonstrating a proven record of strong organizational skills and being detail-oriented while working in a team environment.
What skills are we looking for?
* Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative office duties.
* Proficient level of computer skills with MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
* Experience with dispatching (preferred, but not required).
* Prior experience with accounting software (preferred, but not required).
