As a Customer Advisor in our Homes Operations Mortgages New Business Team, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their dream of owning a home.
* Liaise with a diverse range of customers on products, brands, propositions, and systems.
* Use your judgment to make complex decisions.
* Foster strong relationships with brokers.
* Delveiver a positive experience through phone, email, or letter.
* Accurately calculate affordable lending on complex scenarios.
* Assist with affordability requests.
* Identify and suggest ideas to enhance the customer and colleague experience.
