Excellent opportunity for a experienced Administrator to join a busy, on-site insurance company based in Cork.
Responsibilities
1. Expert product knowledge.
2. General admin duties including correspondence, postbox management, letter writing, filing, scanning, phone calls.
3. Act as first point of contact for clients.
4. Responsible for the day to day running of reception office. Maintain a consistent and high quality of customer service when interacting with clients.
Requirements
5. 1+ years admin/reception experience working in a busy office environment.
6. Strong communication experience.
7. Strong IT skills including at least intermediate level at Excel and MS office.
8. High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
