EPS Group has an immediate vacancy for a Planner to join our Contracts Team.
The role will involve working on several live projects across the EPS spectrum of works
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Planning Manager in developing project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones, and timelinesRegularly liaise with project teams to review schedule progress, identify variances, programme impacts and propose corrective actionsAdvise Project teams on programme risks and opportunities with clear site derived informationReport schedule progress to internal and external stakeholders by developing and presenting concise programme presentations to Clients and Project TeamsDevelop tools and effectively communicate programme methodology and key milestonesMonitor trends across projectsEngage with the commercial team on matters arising during Contract deliveryAdvise senior management on resourcing levels and required programme outputsAid the Planning Manager in the development of and participation in Planning Systems and ProceduresRequirements: Third Level Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering Degree/Diploma3+ years' experience in mechanical & electrical fieldPossess the ability to develop logic-based programmes from drawings and specificationsProficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6/ Asta Powerproject / OPC) preferable but not requiredHave a willingness to learn and be challenged in the water and wastewater industryFull Clean Drivers LicenceSkills:Planning Scheduling Engineering
