Kare Plan Ltd is a rapidly expanding family run Irish independent company. We provide excellent home care service to the elderly and disabled. We are HSE approved and many of our referrals come from medical professionals. We are currently recruiting for a full-time HR Assistant to join our HR team and support the HR team across a full range of HR activities at our Clare office. The perfect candidate will be required to have recruitment experience ideally in the healthcare sector, be conversant with Irish employment law and have experience in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve frequent travel.
The role will focus on supporting recruitment processes across Clare, Tipperary, Limerick and surrounding areas.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support to Managers in a range of areas including employee engagement, recruitment & selection, training & development and communications
* Ensure employee/HR records are updated and completed to meet employment legislation requirements and business needs
* Assist with specific HR and business-related projects that require an HR input
* Produce HR management information, reports, and statistics
* Manage the HR filing system, HR data on the company database
* Manage day to day Human Resources queries from employees and management
Requirements:
* Min of 1 year HR administration experience
* Have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Must be detail orientated
* Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
* Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
