Key Areas of Roles & Responsibility
1. The Site Project Managers role will ensure the planning and overseeing of multiple site installations to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion. Designating project resources, maintaining budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping key stakeholders informed throughout the project.
2. Determine and define project scope and objective.
3. Day to day management & coordination with the GC (General Contractor) & specialist Subcontracted vendors both offsite (initial factory based commissioning) & onsite.
4. Ensure coordination with internal departments, such as LV switchgear, MV Switchgear, EPMS & Busbar.
5. Organise Site teams by developing clear project milestone matrix’s and selecting the right products and specialists’ disciplines for projects execution. Manage, support, and monitor progress through completion of works.
6. Plan, manage, and monitor progress against our & clients expected standards and procedures whist maintaining and promoting best practice.
7. Manage finances against budgets and targets –site related.
8. Maintain and enhance relationships with our staff and customers through proactive management.
9. Promote and participate in innovations and best practices. Keep abreast of latest developments to ensure that the business maintains its competitive position, through innovation and current industry best practice.
10. Promote the business in all interactions and communications with customers.
11. Provide a planned and proactive approach to work demonstrating organisational skills, effective communication & teambuilding.
12. Utilise team and support staff in the delivery of multiple projects.
13. Assume overall responsibility of the successful delivery of all projects assigned.
14. Liaises with other teams on project-related matters, ensuring full oversight of management and resources is offered to each individual project to maximise client satisfaction i.e., lessons learned from similar project executions.
15. Mentoring the site team dedicated to the projects and coaching of team members; providing leadership and motivating teams to meet their project goals.
16. Comfortable managing multiple sub-contractors across Elec/Mech disciplines.
17. Assisting in process improvement, offering guidance and support in any procedure developments, as and when required.
18. Understanding of client driven commissioning platforms.
19. Familiarity with client ‘tagging’ platforms, representing equipment milestones.
20. Familiarity with industry leading commissioning platforms such as BIM360, Compass, Aconex etc.
21. Knowledge of UK/EU in country legislation surrounding electrical installations & fire alarm systems etc.
22. Review and approve Main contractor and client test documentation, E&I are required to facilitate all levels of Integrated Systems Testing following the Site Acceptance Testing of our equipment. For this reason, knowledge of the overall electrical system is required, the interface between boards, generators, PMS etc. is all tested at this level.
23. Fault finding, problem solving, and explanation of design is required to verify the operation during the CX program i.e. should the contractors or client have a question regarding the operation or features on the equipment the CX manager should be equip to answer or find the answer.
24. Issues with design, faulty equipment, required materials is required to be communicated with the relevant PM at E&I & also relevant sub-contractors so changes, materials etc can be controlled to ensure swift turnaround of unexpected issues/sbnags.

26. compliance with all client & company procedures and processes.
27. ongoing identification and correction of non-conformance.
28. ongoing identification and correction of underperformance.
29. Demonstrate leadership, vision, respect for others and a commitment to quality and excellence in how you manage and lead your projects. This will include, but will not be limited to:
30. Attending daily site meetings, including health & safety, production & commissioning providing necessary reports/information to the highest standards, and on time.
31. Endeavouring always to provide the very best solutions to meet both the business, and customers’ requirements.
32. Demonstrating and promoting a culture of teamwork.
33. Promoting a culture of ‘best practice and first-class service.
34. Demonstrating effective communication with colleagues, and clients.
35. Ensure that necessary consideration is always given to the requirements of the Company & Site Related Safety Policy and in particular safe methods of working as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
36. Support with the investigation of accidents, dangerous occurrences and near misses.
About you:
1. Create a positive self – motivated atmosphere in a team environment.
2. Assist with first line management duties in line with company procedures.
3. Proficient in setting out and tracking work in coordination with the engineering team.
4. Applicants must have at and be able to demonstrate Site Management experience within an Industrial/Commercial, Data Centre, Construction, Power or Energy environment with experience leading teams of direct and subcontractors circa 30 heads and above.
5. Field based role with deployment times around 12 - 18 months.
6. Facility / Site Working between contract completion and kick off which is based at Letterkenny.
7. Valid EU Passport Holder.

Excellent Salary on offer ranging from €130,000 - €150,000
