The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients. Based in Galway / Limerick area with travel to clients expected across Ireland.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of accounts.
* Develop positive relationships with clients.
* Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner.
* Be a technical support in order to optimise product use with clients.
* Organise and attend exhibitions.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Life Science or research.
* Experience as a Sales Manager.
* Understanding of sales performance metrics.
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
