About the Role
As a B2B International Sales Representative, you will work with new and existing clients in the CEE Market. Your key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, engaging with customers, arranging meetings and phone calls, closing deals, fulfilling orders, administration, customer care, and follow-up activities.
* You will receive comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
* Please note that this position may require occasional business travel to visit clients in the CEE Region (approximately 1-2 times a year, lasting 2-3 days each trip).
About You
* You are an energetic and ambitious individual looking to transition into an exciting sales career.
* You possess fluent English language skills and proficiency in Polish.
* You have excellent communication skills and the ability to establish strong business relationships.
* You have prior experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
* You are a self-motivated and driven individual capable of working independently.
* A valid passport and full driving license are required for this role.
What We Offer
* An annual salary of €31,000.
* A performance-based commission and bonus structure, with expected annual earnings around €45,000 in the first year.
* Ongoing training and upskilling opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
* The option to work from home one day per week after completing a 6-month probation period.
Working Arrangements
1. Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (with flexibility possible).
