Job Description:
NPP is seeking to hire a creative and ambitious digital marketing assistant.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will assist in the implementation of the company's marketing strategy in various ways, including content creation, website management, social media management, and advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
* Develop a comprehensive social media plan, consistently updating and maintaining a strong presence across all social media platforms to enhance online reach and engagement.
* Create compelling digital content (blogs, case studies, social copy, landing pages, newsletters, videos etc.).
* Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns through analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
* Assist with organizing trade shows and events.
Requirements:
* Degree in marketing or relevant digital marketing qualification.
* Minimum of 2 years relevant marketing experience, particularly in the area of digital marketing.
* Understanding of social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook).
* Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite).
* Proven experience with Google Ad Words and Google Analytics.
* Experience with design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Canva etc.).
* SAP experience an advantage but not necessary.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to tight deadlines.
