HR Support Assistant
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will be based in Head Office at Parkwest Business Park.
Main Responsibilities:
* Filing and scanning of HR records to the HR System.
* Managing new starter processes, including inductions, contracts, work permits, and more.
* Responding to general staff and management HR queries with sensitivity and confidentiality.
* Coordinating and supporting recruitment activities as needed, such as placing advertisements, screening CVs, arranging and confirming interviews.
* Liaising between Payroll and HR to ensure updates are communicated effectively.
This is a fixed-term contract position for 12 months with a salary commensurate with experience (DOE). The successful candidate will have excellent human resources processes skills, time management abilities, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
