HR Information System Implementation Manager
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Manager to lead the implementation of a new HR Information System for our company.
Responsibilities:
* Analyse organisational needs and design relevant HRIS solutions
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and project milestones are met
The successful candidate will work closely with key business departments, including HR, IT, and other departments, to scope out best practice HR processes aligned with business needs.
The role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and people skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree or Human Resources Qualification
* 5+ years related experience with proficiency in HRIS platforms and project management methodology
