The main responsibilities for the role will be to assist senior management with daily operations and service delivery in a high-volume, year-round food and beverage establishment. You will lead the culinary team in menu development, creating new ideas and recipes, and overseeing production of exceptional dishes for customers and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Head Chef or Senior Head Chef
* Proven track record in busy hotel and restaurant environments
* Catering experience for events such as weddings, conferences, and functions
* Prestige and reputation within the industry, with a passion for cuisine and creativity
* Experience managing large teams of chefs, demonstrating leadership and mentorship skills
* Exceptional communication, management, organizational, and time management skills, with attention to detail
* Flexibility with working hours, including mornings, afternoons, days, nights, and weekends
* Expertise in stock control, ordering, budgeting, and forecasting, with a proven track record of achieving targets
