Account Manager
Location: Hybrid / remote
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Manager's primary responsibility will be to drive above average growth from nominated enet clients. It will also require selling new business and retaining existing business through excellent customer relationship management skills. The role holder will place emphasis on developing strong working relationships with clients and serve as the interface between the sales operations team. Working with mainly mobile Network Customers to help them realise their capacity builds and bring new products and solutions to market.
Key Accountabilities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with Customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
* Persuasively articulate the benefits of enet services relative to client needs.
* Learn and master the enet services, products and benefits.
* Assertively plan and execute the monthly, quarterly & annual sales target.
* Deliver growth from the client base.
* Negotiate the rollover of existing client contracts.
* Identification of new carriers; engaging with, presenting to and signing agreements to onboard same and new revenue lines.
* Maintain pipeline, growth and new client opportunities in enet’s sales CRM.
* Ensure all sales orders meet enet finance and sales management requirements.
* Work with the implementation and account development team as needed to ensure customer success, and to identify and pursue up-sell opportunities.
* Build successful relationships within the business.
* Keep abreast of current and proposed market developments in relation to the telco environment both from a commercial and regulatory perspective.

This is an interesting role that requires the candidate to have strong outside sales experience, preferably selling ICT Solutions and services within Ireland. The candidate will need to have a sound understanding from a carrier perspective of telecoms services (Ethernet, Wireless and Dark Fibre preferably) with strong market insight. Demonstrated record of success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Key Skills:
* A self-starter and motivated individual – the ideal candidate will have:
* 4+ years’ experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly wholesales an advantage.
* Collaborative style of working with focus on building strong relationships both internal and external.
* Experience in wholesale voice and broadband an advantage.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
