Reporting to the Technical Director, the vacancy for a Biomass Project Manager is a key player across the whole business. Responsible for all aspects of projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with the estimating team on the pricing of projects.
2. Be the point of contact for customers following the sales process until commissioning stage.
3. Ensuring all safety policies are implemented and adhered to.
4. Managing budgets/deadlines and making decisions.
5. Implementing procedures to mitigate recurring risks.
6. Keeping Clients/Stakeholders up to date and ensuring they have all the relevant RAMS/Safety documentation.
7. Keep financials up to date daily (Live costings).
8. Weekly reporting to management of the status of each project.
9. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on-time and on budget.
Candidate Requirements:
10. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil).
11. Minimum Three years in a Project Management role.
12. Degree in the field of Project Management.
13. Have a practical approach to problem-solving.
14. A resourceful and proactive problem solver.
15. Team player with a positive “can do” attitude.
16. Comfortable to challenge the status quo and hold people and the organisation accountable.
17. Strong communication skills.
18. High Degree of flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
19. Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities.
20. Confident to implement procedures as they see fit to improve the efficiency within the company.
