On behalf of a new Client, in the market for about 10 years and already a leader in eCommerce & Marketing Automation, we are very excited to be recruiting for Account Executives (AEs), both junior and senior level, for their fastest growing markets in Europe: France & Germany. All positions are based in Dublin City Centre, and they are Monday to Friday, hybrid model, therefore only 3 days presence in the office required.
As Account Executives, you will be given a tremendous opportunity to have a huge impact on our Client's projects, results, and future. This is a fast-paced role, short sales cycle with immediate and almost daily rewards, with the AEs priding themselves on being product experts who not only will be able to close deals right away but who can build ongoing relationships with customers and create a continuous & consistent success in terms of targets and results. The whole sales cycle, from qualification to demo to driving the buying process to close, is done with minimal air support, and with a high percentage of achievements. So, what are we looking for?
* Minimum 1 year experience for the junior roles, 3 years for the most senior ones, carrying a net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement selling Software solutions (MarTech SaaS);
* Experience selling to Founders/Business Owners/Marketing personas and strong knowledge of the eCommerce/Retailers/Brands domain;
* Experience working in a high-velocity and high-volume sales environment, often with multiple stakeholders;
* Experienced in and highly comfortable with outbound calls and have creative techniques/strategies;
* Fluent in English (written & verbal) plus ...;
* Fluent in German (written & verbal) and/or French (written & verbal);
