Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced Social Care Professionals to work as Home Managers in children's residential services.
* Manage the home in accordance with its Statement of Purpose, ensuring a safe and caring environment.
* Ensure compliance with relevant childcare legislation, national standards, and our clients' Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
* Minimum Level 8 degree in Social Care/Work
* 4 years' experience in a social care environment with children
* Full clean driving license with access to own transport
* Previous management experience preferred
* Up-to-date knowledge of legislation surrounding Residential Childcare and Safeguarding
* Experience of multi-disciplinary working with professionals in the industry
* Ability to deliver reports and meet deadlines
* Flexible approach to meet business needs
