Job Title: Payroll Specialist
A 12-month Fixed Term Contract is available for a Payroll Specialist at our Dublin office.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly payroll files for various EMEA countries.
* Maintain accuracy and knowledge of all payroll data inputs, including new hires, leavers, transfers, salary changes, expenses, changes to employee data, and other payroll transactions.
* Process country-specific tax relief applications and registrations.
* Evaluate and update related trackers to ensure staff registration in required jurisdictions.
* Review and peer-check Preliminary Payroll Reports from Payroll Providers (variances & calculations where applicable) before approving payments.
* Maintain compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for employees with payroll queries.
* Manage monthly expense claims forms.
* Perform regular audits.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland for the duration of the contract; valid Stamp 1G/4 or EU Passport required.
* Able to take control and work in a quick-paced environment.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Immediate availability is desirable.
