About the Role
Our team in Cork is seeking a reliable and skilled Receptionist/Administrator to cover a temporary absence. This position will commence on Monday 3 March for a period of two weeks, with working hours from Monday to Thursday (8am-5pm) and Friday (8am-4pm).
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general administration duties, including reception and clerical tasks.
* Schedule meetings and appointments.
* Respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional manner.
* Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the business.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Prior experience in administration or reception roles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
* High level of dependability and ability to work independently.
