Deputy Store Manager

* Manage and support underperformers to align with business goals.
* Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for all store concepts and inspiring your team.
* Oversee stock management and product rotation.
* Implement visual merchandising guidelines and share insights with the regional team.
* Conduct competitor visits, reporting key insights to enhance store performance.
