This role will be based in our Naas office in Kildare. The overall view of this role is to support the office in daily admin tasks, running the back of house administrative tasks and implementing files and systems that can and will improve the overall running of the business.
Main Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:
* Sales invoices weekly and e-mail to customers.
* Uploading purchase invoices.
* Credit control each month. Insuring payments are in when due.
* Maintaining Vehicle maintenance schedule
* Managing employees’ holidays and holiday request forms
* Ordering PPE When required.
* Updating Health and safety, updating risk assessments and procedures/ Safety statement.
* Dealing with General Day to day office queries.
* Organizing training courses for employee’s Manual handling, Forklift etc. Also Maintenance training schedule .
* Assisting in Month End reports.
* Sending payroll reports to Head Office to process.
* Weekly financial reports for Management .
* Liaise with Management for Scheduling of jobs.
Qualifications/skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly proficient with MS office
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Professional telephone manner
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.00-€20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
