Key Responsibilities Include
1. Helping to develop a culture of 'Right 1st Time' approach within the project.
2. Non-conformances (NCRs) – providing Quality NC reports with root cause analysis following up issues that arise.
3. Inspection of any rework of non-conformances and sign off.
4. Ensure works are carried out as per Mock Ups and First Of Kinds.
5. Liaising with site and installation teams to review effectiveness of quality processes.
6. Full adherence to company Project Quality Plan.
7. Maintaining Inspection & Test Plans (ITP’s).
8. Development, overseeing and implementation of Inspection & Test reports (ITR’s).
9. Compliance using Procore Platform for all Quality documentation.
10. Compliance with the applicable codes and standards.
11. Provide quality reports for incorporation into project reports.
12. Ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, completion certificates and the documentation in accordance with project requirements.
13. BCAR – daily inspections, inspection closures, meetings with Assigned Certifier, etc.
14. Compilation and tracking of handover documentation prior to PC (O&M certificates from sub-contractors along with as-built drawings, product/material details and operating/maintenance manuals).
15. Compilation of required product certification from contractors.
16. Attending site meetings.
17. Tracking of open compliance issues on projects to ensure satisfactory closure.
18. Ensure safety is adhered to at site.
You Will Have
1. 3+ years' experience within the construction industry.
2. A relevant 3rd level qualification is preferred.
3. Experience in engaging with clients and senior leaders on sites.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Procore or similar.
