Job description:
* Understanding the customer account requirements, strategic direction and opportunities by developing prosperous relationships at all levels in the account.
* Responsible for GTM planning & execution for new product launches, life cycle management and budget ownership to run sell in and sell out of products across all independents.
* Create and implement strong, creative marketing activities including key promotional activity /added value campaigns within specific channels on time and to budget.
* Set critical metrics for all planned marketing activity including digital metrics, and handle/review efficiency & return on investment.
* Work with agencies to build or customise assets to best communicate promotions, or product features and benefits.
* Be responsible for and ensure the Channel marketing budget and A&P accrual budget is allocated in an efficient manner to enhance return on investment.
Qualifications:
* Product Marketing and Services Marketing experience.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including strong MS PowerPoint & Excel).
* Highly analytical and able to interpret data in a meaningful way.
* Experience of running marketing budgets.
* Ability to balance multiple internal and external partners in order to successfully deliver on key projects.
* Experience handling agencies and third party suppliers.
* Proactive approach to problem solving.
* Ability to multi-task and project lead large projects.
