We are looking to recruit a key role to join our Front Office Team at The Trinity City Hotel. The position of Assistant Front Office Manager is now available to support the Hotel Management Team. You will be responsible for ensuring we always offer our guests consistently high standards throughout the hotel whilst deputising for the Maintenance Manager of the hotel. Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the smooth functioning of all Front Office services, ensuring they are always available and delivered with courtesy and efficiency;
* Prepare for the Night Audit by conducting system closure procedures for the hotel.
* Greet and assist regular VIP guests, adhering to the hotel’s guest recognition programs.
* Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth handling of groups and VIP guests.
* Deputise for the Front Office Manager, lead the overnight team, ensure continuous training on health & safety, and enforce standards.
* Be fully knowledgeable in hotel emergency procedures, including fire and health & safety protocols.
* Implement up-selling activities to maximise room revenue, identify market needs, and respond to industry changes to enhance hotel operations.
The ideal candidates will possess the following:
* 2+ years experience in hotel or hospitality roles, particularly in Front Office supervisory or management positions.
* Hospitality background.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Opera PMS experience is preferred.
* Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
* Fluent level of spoken and written English essential.
* Health & Safety knowledge and awareness.
* Be self-motivated, standards driven and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
* Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
