Entities are set up to incorporate, to finance, to participate in, to manage and to supervise enterprises and companies. This role will join the existing team in Dublin, providing additional support to the entities.
Your new role
1. Supervise and participate in the General Ledger processes including:
2. Reconciliation and analysis of accounts
3. Month End Review, Process & Reporting
4. Internal Controls (Sarbanes Oxley)
5. Other ad hoc reporting
6. Preparation of dividend accounting
7. Tax accounting and reporting
8. Preparing statutory supporting document preparation (e.g. dividend overview)
9. Preparing monthly & quarterly VAT declarations
10. Review BuyNow parameters and support procurement process
11. Professional fees reporting
12. Liaising with Global Tax Group, Intercompany Group and local Controllerships on various finance matters
13. Develop in-depth knowledge of tools and applications
14. Develop knowledge and understanding of performance metrics and strive to meet and exceed them
15. Other ad hoc duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
1. A degree in Business, Finance or equivalent qualifications would be preferable.
2. Min. 3+ years’ experience in an accounting environment
3. Professionally qualified or pursuing qualifications - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or relevant experience
Skills
1. Analytical and computer skills, preferably MS Office
2. Competent with Excel and Access
3. Communication and interpersonal skills

6. Sense of responsibility, initiative and high quality work standards
7. Strong team working skills
8. Prior experience of SAP an advantage
9. Fluency in English is required
