Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end delivery of lift and escalator projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and budget.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
4. Ensure all projects meet industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company quality protocols.
5. Ensure full cooperation with all subordinates and subcontractors on site.
6. Plan and monitor all technical aspects of the project on site.
7. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
8. Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to mitigate project challenges.
Requirements
1. 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the lift/escalator, construction, or engineering sectors.
2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field. A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
6. Financial acumen and budgeting expertise.
7. Familiarity with lift and escalator systems, or similar technical environments, is highly desirable.
