Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a rapidly growing Irish organisation based in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.

The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be a key part of the sales operations team, responsible for developing and expanding existing client accounts, as well as sourcing new clients and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide pricing and quotations for clients, analyse their specific needs, research and report on competitor offerings and market trends.
* Assist on branding and marketing initiatives and deliver on individual sales/KPI targets as set by management.
* Manage incoming inquiries, qualify and nurture leads, and create detailed project briefs.
* Oversee the transition of opportunities through the quoting phase and aim to convert them into confirmed sales or active jobs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
* 3rd level degree qualification in Business Studies, Marketing or a related discipline.
* 2-3+ years' experience in a similar sales and account management role.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with corporate clients at all levels of seniority.
* Proven ability to self-manage and take ownership of sales projects.
* A seasoned professional with a proven track record in B2B customer-facing roles.
* Results-oriented with a passion for building strong client relationships.
* Project and/or event management experience.
* Experience working in high-pressure environments.
* Possesses a growth mindset, high personal accountability, and a strong ambition to succeed.
