Le Meas are delighted to partner with a leading aviation leasing and trading company to source a Head of HR.
The Head of HR will act as a business partner to the Executive Team to develop and implement an HR strategy that supports, and aligns with corporate objectives.
The role holder will report to the CFO and they will be accountable for:
* The delivery of core HR services including recruitment, reward, employee relations and talent management.
* Building and sustaining high-quality relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve ambitious business goals through effective people strategies.
* Managing a variety of key people projects and plans, including performance management, reward and talent management, from intern programmes through to executive development.
The role:
Accurately assess the needs of the business in terms of its people management priorities to ensure a proactive, commercial approach to aligning HR practices with business strategy.
Ensure the timely and accurate execution of all core HR processes including compensation and benefit reviews, performance reviews and talent and succession planning activities, providing relevant data, advice and analysis to support effective people decisions.
Drive efficiencies in internal HR processes, adapting global policies and frameworks to local markets, including creating / updating relevant documentation.
Provide employee relations advice and transactional support on HR issues, working with external advisors, HR administrators/service providers as appropriate.
Work effectively with the CFO and finance team to ensure the effective delivery of core HR services, including payroll, employee benefits and the submission of HR data to regulatory authorities and third-parties.
Ensure that HR data and employee information is accurate, up-to-date, well organised and readily accessible through appropriate management information systems, so as to facilitate efficient management reporting and decision-making.
Undertake project work as directed.
About You:
Demonstrable track record in a relationship-focused, business partner HR role ideally gained within the Aviation Leasing sector.
Demonstrated client service skills and ability to build high quality reciprocal relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, including executive leadership teams.
Solid generalist experience, including performance management, employee reward, employee relations, and talent management.
Strong project management skills including initiation, implementation, reporting and evaluation.
Demonstrated ability to implement procedures and policies to ensure effective compliance with internal and external governance and regulatory requirements.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Demonstrated strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Demonstrated collaboration skills and strong team player.
Data and computer literacy – Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HR MIS software (e.g. PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, etc.).
