The Job
You will report to the Manager of Property Operations and be responsible for analyzing property charges, preparing budgets, tracking income trends, and resolving queries from stakeholders.
You will also support colleagues on implementing new business processes, assist with audits, prepare reports, and update property listing databases.
Your Skills and Experience
* Third-level degree qualification
* 2-3+ years' experience in banking, accounts or financial administration
* Experience in property management, facilities or real estate sectors (advantageous)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
* Strong IT skills, including high-level Excel
