Sales Administrator We are recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Sales Administrator to support our Sales team.

Based in our Offices in Oak Road Business Park, Dublin 12, you will support the Sales Team ensuring operational and administrative processes run smoothly and effectively maintaining our good reputation in the market.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working with the team, your duties will include: Managing and processing responses to queries and enquiries from our customers in the Dealer Network throughout Ireland Reviewing and verifying all Sales Orders and deals coming through the system Managing and processing responses to queries on stock and incoming vehicles to be distributed to the dealers directly or to the Sales team Monthly Invoicing and Sales Analysis Working with our Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS) Processing registrations with Revenue Regular communications with MAN Aftersales Departments and Commercial Finance ensuring the process runs effectively Working with the Sales team to get tasks completed and ensure smooth and efficient running of the department.
