Responsibilities:
* Partner with internal teams to collect and clarify system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Develop and implement streamlined workflow processes using process design tools.
* Configure and optimise the company's salesforce-based systems to meet user and organisational needs.
* Build and maintain templates, analytical reports, and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
* Deliver tailored solutions to enhance productivity and improve operational efficiency.
* Analyse and communicate the potential impacts of new processes or systems on organisational functions.
* Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to promote effective system utilisation.
Requirements:
* Strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
* At least 3 years of experience in a multi-disciplinary technical role, ideally involving system analysis or business process improvement.
* Expertise in translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
* Proven ability to deliver practical solutions to complex business challenges.
* Strong understanding of system development methodologies, including the SDLC.
* Familiarity with planning and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Adaptable and flexible, able to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in the telecommunications industry, offering insights into industry-specific needs.
* Previous exposure to Salesforce, with a focus on system configuration and optimisation.
* Proficiency in tools like Excel and Visio for data analysis and process visualisation.
