Primary Function / Primary Goals / Objectives
ID Supply Chain is executing an Enterprise Excellence program across the entire organization, including six manufacturing sites and divisional functions. This Enterprise Excellence Program Manager plays a leadership role in ensuring strong program management and systematic assessment foster a culture where everyone drives continuous improvement every day, aligned with our Pledge.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the strategy, execution, and ownership of the Global Shingo Program Management and support Change Management capability building.
* Support Enterprise Excellence program within the division Sustainability workstream and coordinate program deliverables with Division Enterprise Excellence team members.
* Develop, communicate, and implement project plans for global programs impacting multiple sites and functions, including longer-term strategy and near-term execution of work plans.
* Diagnose, assess, and provide feedback for roadmap development and gap closure through maturity assessment processes.
* Manage relationships with consultancy groups and organizations to further the Enterprise Excellence journey.
* Build change management capability across the network, responsible for training, measuring, and consulting on key change initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering, Operations, or Business) or extensive equivalent experience.
* MBA with emphasis in Operations a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, manufacturing support systems, quality operations, project management, or continuous improvement functions.
Key Skills:
* Working SME knowledge of manufacturing plant and continuous improvement tools/principles.
* Ability to manage multiple continuous improvement initiatives.
* Solid project management skills and team leadership skills.
* Proven influencing, coaching, and mentoring capability.
* Knowledge of other functions providing regular inputs, such as Logistics, Engineering, Planning, Finance, etc.
* Strong analytical competencies.
* Strong Change Management & Facilitation skills.
* Ability to travel 30-50%.
