About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
This role requires a highly organised professional with strong technical knowledge, the ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent leadership skills.
You will be responsible for overseeing cost management, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.
Responsibilities: • Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
• Provide accurate cost planning, estimates, and risk analysis for various projects.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial and contractual compliance.
• Oversee tendering processes, contract negotiations, and procurement strategies.
• Assess project variations, manage claims, and deliver strategic cost guidance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Requirements: • At least ten years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in cost management and contract administration.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
