Site Security Manager to £K + Benefits

The Company
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for our client, a leading security services provider with a reputation for excellence in the sector. They seek a Site Security Manager to provide leadership and direction for the security team on site.
The Role
The Site Security Manager will lead and coordinate Enterprise Security activities for the site, delivering all aspects of physical security to ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and assets.
Responsibilities include:
* Overall responsibility for ensuring the security team is proactive and quality-focused, completing all aspects of their duties to the required standards.
* The direct management of all shift Supervisors, with responsibility for all security staff recruitment, performance management, and training.
* Recruitment and training of new security personnel, including security officers, security control room, and pass administration functions.
* To support the client in the occupancy of a new signature site with a significant headcount increase.
* To scope and document the operational model and associated SOPs, and oversee a flexible security model during final construction works and phases occupancy.
The Person
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with industry knowledge in manned guarding, law enforcement, military, security, or safety in a management capacity.
Key qualifications include:
* In-depth knowledge of security protocols and management of guarding operations.
* Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining security, life safety, or business continuity procedures and training.
* Adept in security control room infrastructure and technologies, with proven ability to communicate effectively with IT and Security integration professionals.
* The ability to collaborate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in developing and maintaining effective working relationships at all levels with stakeholders of the business.
Desirable qualifications include:
* Level First Response Emergency Care certification or equivalent.
* Security and H&S qualifications such as CPP and IOSH.
* Experience in security fields such as Event Security, Security Technology, Physical Security, Training.
