The position requires managing, leading, and growing a team and serving a high-profile customer. Delivering on KPIs, SLAs, and being the 'go-to' person for the site.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 07:30 - 16:00, Friday 07:30-15:00
The successful candidate will have:
1. 3-4 years of people management experience with a track record of recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and leading teams.
2. Experience with customer service or account management.
3. Experience delivering results against set KPIs and SLAs.
4. Track record of optimizing and improving processes.
5. Solid understanding and experience in inventory & stock management as well as purchasing.
6. Good understanding of GMP/GLP or related Health & Safety Regulations would be an asset.
7. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders within a matrix environment.
8. Excellent communicator at all levels and enjoys working as part of a team.
9. Full driving license & own car required.
10. Budget and project management experience.
11. Encourage growth within the customer account, providing additional services.
12. Ensure adherence to quality, EHS, and other Health & Safety standards; act as a point of contact for audits.
