**Job Title:** HR Business Partner
**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in North County Dublin. As a key member of our Human Resources Ireland Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to management across all areas of the business.
**Responsibilities:*
* Develop strong business relationships with stakeholders, providing expert advice on human resources policies, legislation, and emerging trends.
* Collaborate with leadership to bring strategy and purpose to life through organization design, capability & resource planning, and employee engagement.
* Apply policies and procedures across the business, assisting in their interpretation and administration.
* Support organizational change projects and their associated people implications.
* Develop and implement HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives, focusing on employee engagement and improving the colleague experience.
* Proactively manage employee relations, engaging early to prevent unnecessary escalation.
* Manage talent, performance management, and succession planning processes across the business.
* Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure development programmes support future business requirements.
**Requirements:**
* At least 3 years' experience working in a HR Business Partner model or equivalent.
* Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
* Strong client service orientation with excellent communication skills.
* Proven exposure to quality employee relations, performance management, and talent management agendas.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law framework.
* Ability to project manage multiple projects and initiatives.
