Join us.About the Team: The Organizational Culture BP will work as a key role in the diverse global team, partnering with the leadership teams to drive alignment on our mission and core values, developing holistic organizational culture strategies, clear narratives, and cultural solutions tailored to business needs. You will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the organizational culture and have a dynamic and diverse team alongside you, supporting you on your lifelong development journey.Responsibilities:Cultural champion: be a champion of our culture, helping the business understand and live our core values through effective programs that promote morale while achieving our mission and common goals, including fostering leadership development initiatives.Leverage analysis of research to define the gap between ideal organization and culture state and its impact on organizational performance.Develop an understanding of our organization and culture performance through research and benchmarking of top-performing organizations and cultures.Design and prototype new concepts for the future of our culture.Works closely with the leadership and the global organizational culture team to create a roadmap to bring new initiatives to life.Responsible for consultative and customized solutions that address work environment issues in order to increase the health and cultural performance of the organization.Minimum Qualifications:Proved experience in HR consultation, leadership development, content creation and communications.Knowledgeable in organizational culture domains including employee engagement and retention, organizational development, employee relations, and internal communications.A natural coach and mentor with an ability to foster relationships with all levels of the team, to relate well with others, to listen effectively, and to help employees at all levels understand and live the core values.A data driven decision-maker with the ability to advocate for investments in organizational culture strategies.Proven experience in analysis, synthesis, and insight identification; Experience with concept creation, road mapping, and implementation of new strategic initiatives.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in leading organizational change and communications projects would be a plus.Preferably in a fast moving, global industry or start-up company.A proven track record of global, cross-functional partnership and relationship management.Self-starter with the ability to define objectives, prioritize workload and produce deliverables.
