Hospitality Operations Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced hospitality operations professional to join our team at a premium venue in Co Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide operations support to the Operations Manager and wider team
* Assist in the management and coordination of the Front of House and Retail teams
* Lead Front of House and Retail management for concerts and events
* Ensure the safety of all patrons, staff, visitors etc. through proper implementation and enforcement of H&S regulations and emergency procedures
Additional Responsibilities:
* Manage all day-to-day bar and retail operations within budget guidelines
* Design and create promotional opportunities
* Deliver the highest standards of customer service
* Negotiate supplier and trade rates
* Ensure all legal requirements are adhered to at all times, ie licensing, H&S, fire procedures
Requirements:
* At least three years experience in a hospitality operations role
* Duty Manager, Bar Manager, F&B Supervisor experience in a quality hotel/venue with volume events business
* Strong leadership and personnel management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional customer service focus

Salary:
$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience
