About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Site Support Administrator to join our team at Co. in Waterford. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary of €34k basic, plus pension, healthcare and additional benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including incoming calls, post and emails, as well as hospitality requests and travel/accommodation booking. They will also welcome visitors and contractors by completing inductions and locating their point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls, post and emails
* Manage hospitality requests and travel/accommodation booking
* Welcome visitors and contractors by completing inductions and locating their point of contact
* Raise purchase requisitions for multiple departments and process payment requests
* Reconcile purchase orders for payment
* Manage access control by issuing badges for employees and visitors
* Set up employees on the clocking system and assign lockers
* Provide support on recruitment administration
* Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required, e.g., supporting EHS and facilities administration
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in customer support/administration
* Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and ERP systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a personable and professional manner
* Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
* A team player with a proactive mindset
