We are looking for someone to join our in-house design team, which sits within the wider Employer Solutions Marketing Team in Irish Life. Employer Solutions provides group retirement, risk, health and well-being products to employers and affinity groups. Our products help people live better financial lives.
In this role, you will be a key member of our marketing and design team, responsible for branding and creative development of marketing materials for the full range of Employer Solutions’ market leading products and propositions. You will have the opportunity to support a whole spectrum of assets to support a myriad of marketing activities, from product launches to RFPS and pitches, as well as events, thought leadership content and strategic marketing campaigns.
You will need to be agile, hands-on, energetic, flexible, adaptable and detail oriented, with experience working effectively both as an individual and as part of a team. You will have expertise, knowledge and experience of creating and delivering assets for above and below the line, across all aspects of print and digital. You will be highly motivated, with experience in balancing competing priorities well to meet tight deadlines.
This is a full-time position, 5 days a week. The role is currently 2 days on-site in our Dublin campus/3 days from home, though this may evolve.
What you will need to be successful in the role:
* An ability to work across a broad range of design projects from concept, design, pre-press to print management.
* Demonstrable proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Adobe After Effects experience and knowledge of Premiere or Animate.
* Take responsibility for on and offline work produced for Irish Life including print (litho & digital processes), web banners, digital display assets along with animation and video creations.
* Ensure all design work produced is on-brief and meets our brand guidelines, values, tone and messaging.
* Strong typography skills.
* Digital experience of banner design and animations for digital campaigns/social media.
* Excellent time and project management to co-ordinate multiple projects at once keeping to deadlines.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and in writing) dealing with both internal customers and external agencies.
* At least 3-5 years industry experience.
* High degree of fluency in written and spoken English.
