**Job Title:** IT Helpdesk Support
We are recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Support role on behalf of a well-established law firm with a brilliant culture and reputation.
This is an on-site opportunity in Dublin City Centre, providing first/second line help support. It's a great chance for development and progression with a highly reputable organisation.
The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, varying between 8:30am and 6:00pm.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with the firm-wide deployment of new PCs.
* Support new employee IT set up and desk moves.
* Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and mobile device issues.
* Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, smartphones, and peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
* Receive and troubleshoot calls.
* E nsure all tickets are updated and communicated regularly with the requester.
* Setup and configure data rooms.
* Microsoft 365 administration.
Requirements:
* 1-4 years' proven experience within a similar capacity in a professional environment.
* Qualification within an IT/Tech specialism necessary.
* Keen understanding of Microsoft 365, stakeholder management, and organisation skills needed.
* Must be a self-starter and keen to learn.
