About the Role
We are currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team.
Scope of the Role:
You will provide frontline and field IT support, coordinating and managing site office setups and changes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage support calls from end users via various channels: helpdesk system, email, voicemail, telephone, or in person.
* Resolve support calls in accordance with established Service Level Agreements, either by first-line support or by forwarding tickets to relevant personnel.
* Log all support calls and follow up with callers to confirm problem resolution.
* Perform systems administrative tasks under the supervision of the System Admin.
* Install new computers and network equipment in site offices, including overseas locations (UK, Mainland Europe).
Essential Criteria:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems, with a focus on Windows 10 Enterprise.
* Experience supporting standard office applications (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, MS Teams, SAP).
* Familiarity with Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android) and MDM platforms (Intune, Airwatch, MobileIron).
* Knowledge of Microsoft Server / Active Directory environment (end users/groups management).
* Experience managing end users in Office.
* Understanding of file sharing and printer management in Microsoft Windows networks.
* Familiarity with TCP/IP networks.
* Basic knowledge of Cisco switches (VLANS, subnets, trunks).
* Familiarity with remote support/access tools (LogMeIn, RDP).
