Job Summary:
This role requires a strong retail leader to champion store standards, drive sales and productivity, and maintain excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Champion store standards across all areas of the business
* Drive sales and productivity through effective team management and customer engagement
* Liaise regularly with regional operations Manager to ensure alignment and support
* Achieve maximum sales results
* Ensure optimal staffing levels at all times
* Develop and train staff to enhance skills and knowledge
* Maintain the highest standards of merchandising and presentation throughout the store
* Manage all Health & Safety, HACCP, and legal requirements within the store
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar retail environment
* Proven ability to manage retail sales teams and achieve results-driven performance
* Excellent operational knowledge of retail environments
