A fantastic opportunity to join a well established multinational as an Export Documentation Coordinator on a temporary basis.
Export Documentation Coordinator - Maternity Leave
As Export Documentation Coordinator you will be joining a fast growing company within the nutrition industry. The successful candidates main reponsibility will be to establish and maintain an effective and efficient export administration role that will administer the export needs of the Agri division of the company.
To be successful in this position you will need to have industry experience within experience along with possessing a high level of organisation and communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Process all orders received from distributors and customers on the Business Central computer system.
2. Ensure overall responsibility for the preparation of all export documentation as per customer orders /country requirements and advise status of shipments to distributors.
3. Ensure all export documents required are sent to the relevant person within the distributors or bank to enable clearance prior to arrival of goods.
4. Communicate with factory personnel on manufacture date of orders.
5. Communicate with relevant sales personnel with any issues relating to orders.
6. Communicate with technical personnel on documents required from Dept of Agriculture for specific orders.
7. Request freight quotes for orders when required from relevant shipping companies.
8. Communicate with personnel in shipping companies re collections, sailing schedules and request information on delayed shipments etc.
9. Check all Bills of Lading from shippers prior to issue.
10. Arrange Certs of Origin as required from local chamber or Joint Arab Irish Chamber of Commerce.
11. Arrange and liaise with courier companies regarding despatch of all documentation.

15. Must be competent on the phone.

18. Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters.
