WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?
Manage and control cyclical count implementation and reporting on the system.
Work as a team player within the team function and with the wider team.
Be proactive in dealing with daily queries on the floor and from the supply chain, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and effectively.
Manage loss prevention of stock and address any queries that arise.
Work with the team and the customer on queries to ensure customer satisfaction with outcomes.
Plan and organize seasonal projects, delivering and meeting deadlines.
Manage daily queries from customers within an agreed time frame, controlling any discrepancies and resolving them.
Manage the system and produce reports on weekly and monthly KPI reporting.
Communicate with the supply chain manager.
Responsible for managing stock takes.
What Skills Are Required?
* Ideally, you will have previous experience working in an FMCG business.
* You need to be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing.
* You need to have great attention to detail.
* You should have experience using a computer to input details.
* You should be able to analyze problems and make good, timely decisions.
* You should actively share your knowledge and information with others.
