Your Key Responsibilities:
* Perform telephone cold calling to acquire new customers and identify target audiences through market analysis.
* Conduct negotiation discussions over the phone.
* Document the entire process and maintain up-to-date information in our CRM software.
* Closely collaborate with the project management team regarding coordination, exchange of information, and work instructions.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and strong English skills.
* A enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and interest in learning new processes.
* Experience in sales (ideally); if not, a positive mindset, sales attitude, and excellent sales and negotiation skills.
* The ability to work independently while being a team player.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
