The Role:
The Corporate Services Division is seeking a Corporate Services Executive to join its team.
This position offers a fulfilling and responsible role in a busy environment, working on interesting and varied issues across several key areas. It provides an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution to the delivery of corporate services in a dynamic organisation with a wide range of responsibilities.
You will be required to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work to agreed performance targets. An order of merit may be established to fill future vacancies at the same level within the division.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing office facilities to ensure a clean, safe and supported working environment.
* Managing health and safety matters for onsite and remote working.
* Providing customer service to internal and external customers via the Corporate Services Helpdesk and mailboxes.
* Procuring services and managing facilities-related contracts.
* Conducting administrative tasks such as file archiving, policy drafting and risk reporting.
* Coordinating Freedom of Information requests and quarterly risk reporting.
* Working as part of a corporate team and receiving direction from management personnel.
* Supporting the Corporate Services Manager in environmental matters and managing performance development of staff.
Requirements
* At least two years relevant work experience.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and sound judgement.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
* Excellent administration, organisational and communication skills.
* High standard in PC skills with Microsoft Office aptitude.
Desirable Qualifications
* Third level qualification in governance, finance or business.
* Knowledge and experience of Freedom of Information, Data Protection and Financial Administration.
* Experience in drafting policies and procedures, and managing staff or projects.
